No. Every screen, email, invoice and file carries your brand. Our team replies under names you choose.
What margin can I make?
You set your own prices and keep everything your clients pay. Your plan fee is your only cost for the work your plan covers.
What if I sell more than my plan holds?
Work queues in the order you choose, or you add a one-month capacity boost from your portal.
What if a client wants to speak to the team?
Our team joins calls as part of your team, under your brand.
Who owns the work?
Your client, once it is paid for. Domains are registered in your client's name.
Will you ever contact my clients directly?
No. Clients you add belong to you. If one of them approaches us, we send them back to you.
What if you miss a deadline?
You get a credit of 10% of that month's plan fee for each missed deliverable, up to 30%, applied automatically.
Are hosting and domains included?
No. Plans cover the work. Website running costs (hosting, maintenance, domains, email) are billed per site at partner prices, 40% below retail.
Can I cancel?
Plans run on a 12-month contract that renews unless either side gives 90 days' notice. Founding partners can start with a 30-day pilot.
