Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from techyakka.com. [Legal entity name, registered number and address to be added.] Project work and white-label partnerships are covered by their own written agreements.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Services are paid for in advance.
Monthly products
Monthly products renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the product stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
Refunds
Because our products and services are set up or delivered straight away, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
White-label plans
Plans run on a 12-month contract, billed monthly in advance, renewing for 12 months unless either side gives 90 days' notice. Full terms are set out in the partner agreement.
Ownership
Once paid for, the work we create for you belongs to you. Domains are registered in the customer's name.
