Apps that do one job brilliantly.
From customer apps on iPhone and Android to the internal tools that run your operations, we design, build and support software people actually use. You get a fixed price for the first version before we start.

Appointments, payments, reminders and calendars in one flow.
Internal tools and dashboards
Replace spreadsheets and email chains with tools built around how you work.
Integrations and automation
Connect your apps, payments and business systems so work flows on its own.
How an app gets built
Built in stages, so you see a working version early and spend nothing on surprises.
- DiscoverWe map the users, the problem and what success looks like, then fix the scope and price.
- DesignClickable screens you can test before anything is built.
- Build in stagesA working version to review at the end of every stage.
- LaunchApp store release, monitoring and handover.
- ImproveOptional support and improvements once real users are on it.
What decides the price
Two apps that look alike can cost very different amounts. These are the things that move the price, and we price each one openly.
- Number of screens and user types
- Logins, roles and permissions
- Payments and subscriptions
- Integrations with other systems
- Offline use
- Admin dashboards and reporting
- Data migration

Questions
How much does an app cost?
It depends on what the app needs to do. After a short discovery we give you a fixed price for the first version, so you know the cost before building starts.
How long does an app take?
A focused first version usually takes a few months. We agree the timeline with the fixed price.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Once paid for, the code, designs and app store listings belong to your business.
Do you build for iPhone and Android?
Yes. We usually build one app that runs on both, which keeps cost and upkeep down.
What does it cost to run an app?
There are hosting costs, app store fees (Apple charges a yearly developer fee and Google a one-off fee) and optional maintenance. We set these out in your quote.
Can you connect it to our existing systems?
Usually, yes: payments, accounting, CRM, ERP and Barota. We check this during discovery.
Can you take over an existing app?
Yes. We start with a short review of the code and give you a straight assessment.
